Congrats! Did it update last night or today?Stephanie13 wrote:IN!! Just checked my status checker!! Stats and info: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/Stephanie13
I didn't check yesterday but the date on the letter that they include in pdf form saying that I've been accepted was dated 1/28.aimhigh09 wrote:Congrats! Did it update last night or today?Stephanie13 wrote:IN!! Just checked my status checker!! Stats and info: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/Stephanie13
Did your status checker change?Mroberts3 wrote:In with package dated 1/28 (I leave close by). Been in evaluation for quite some time (prob since mid Dec)
I think it means, don't fail outbrewinbruin wrote:in with scholly contingent on "satisfactory academic progress." anyone know what this means?
Most likely they would like you to not fail out.Borhas wrote:I think it means, don't fail outbrewinbruin wrote:in with scholly contingent on "satisfactory academic progress." anyone know what this means?
I checked my status like a week ago and it was still in eval, didn't check until after my package arrive. It says "decision has been mailed" as a link to an acceptance letter (a different one from the one that showed up in the mail).jbaritot wrote:Did your status checker change?Mroberts3 wrote:In with package dated 1/28 (I leave close by). Yeah i got something about a scholarship too, found tentative info that "satisfactory academic progress" means don't fail out.superflush wrote:Most likely they would like you to not fail out.Borhas wrote:I think it means, don't fail outbrewinbruin wrote:in with scholly contingent on "satisfactory academic progress." anyone know what this means?

Does UC Davis have info on future tuition costs? I like the idea of having 10k a year in merit aid, but if the cost is going to keep going up at current rates I'm not sure how much it will help.
Yes. I see a PDF link below, and I know I have been talking about it and listing them somewhere on here (I think in another thread). But the big takeaway is that OOS tuition for what would be 3L for us is gonna be $60k.Mroberts3 wrote:Does UC Davis have info on future tuition costs? Sounds like a challenge to me.davis3l wrote:It's 99% impossible to fail a class at King Hall
Thanks, I had been looking and only finding this current year's fees and not the proposed ones.Mroberts3 wrote:http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/r ... y09/j2.pdfsuperflush wrote:Yeah i got something about a scholarship too, found tentative info that "satisfactory academic progress" means don't fail out.Borhas wrote:Most likely they would like you to not fail out.brewinbruin wrote: I think it means, don't fail out

+1, I think last year this week was a big one for decisions! Let's start Feb off right!Inygma wrote:Congrats to those who made it in last week!
I hope so... I need some positive news this week!Veritas wrote:+1, I think last year this week was a big one for decisions! Let's start Feb off right!Inygma wrote:Congrats to those who made it in last week!
great now I have to be even more OCD than last week... not that I wasn't going to be that way anywayVeritas wrote:+1, I think last year this week was a big one for decisions! Let's start Feb off right!Inygma wrote:Congrats to those who made it in last week!
Oh man, glad I'm not the only one. I can't help it.Borhas wrote:PS I hear your posts in Butters' accent
dude.. is that borderline?yo! wrote:I think I have a LOOOOONG wait ahead of me. I submitted in Dec, my app took forever to go complete, and I'm still awaiting eval. To top it off, my numbers are borderline (163/3.51). I hope I hear something before seat deposits are due at other schools
Yeah, its still borderline. My LSAT is at the 75th, but my GPA is below the median and pretty close to the 25th for matriculating students. This seems to be a pretty competitive cycle, so we aren't exactly auto-admits (far from it)rufferoo wrote:dude.. is that borderline?yo! wrote:I think I have a LOOOOONG wait ahead of me. i think on the website its kinda misleading...
the stats they show are for the people they accept*
but for the ppl that actually attend*, its way lower.. i think 163 is 75th percentile - the info is on lsac
.. at least thats what I'm hoping for.. cuz i REALLY want to get in!!! I have a 164 and no GPA (Cuz im international.. they gave me a B+ in conversion which = a crappy 3.3 i think )
