I called the WUSTL admissions office today, but nobody would pick up. Were a bunch of other people calling today? Maybe they were busy getting ready to send out decisions today? Anybody else having trouble contacting anybody there?

Just keep calling. I think they only have a few people answering phones in that office, if that many. I called today too, took me 3 times but I got through

I thought that might be the case, I hope you're right. My status changed to "3/10/2010" today and I hope that means a decision for tomorrow. Crossing my fingers...

Not to burst any bubbles, but I also had my third complete today and I am significantly below the LSAT median.

Maybe this just means they are getting ready for a massive emailing tomorrow, both rejections and admits. Honestly, I just want a decision so I can stop this stupid waiting.

Edit: Oh, but here's a question. Is there anyone who's still not listed as complete 3/10? I'm concerned that they may have just updated everyone's status just to provoke a reaction from us. They're probably laughing at our folly right now.

I'm still sitting on 2/4 for my last Application Complete. Ay carumba.

i'm becoming more emotionally committed to attending wustl. i'm still hanging out on vandy's waitlist, but i haven't really thought about that school very much....i've already started looking at and inquiring about apartment complexes in st. louis.

If you don't mind random advice, I'd definitely go with Wash U... they gave you a niceeeee scholarship package and are ranked really well. Unless you want to do some sort of law that absolutely requires a region you're golden. Plus you're always on this thread... you could be like me and only on it because you're bored... but you also seem highly knowledgeable and into the school. I was in a class taught by their former dean (he's the pres at my undergrad now) and it was... very good.

That was the last update on my status checker until I withdrew a few days ago. Applied in November and went complete for the first time in mid-late December.

seriously...

i'm 12/21 complete. stop complaining.

Did everyone read that? 12/21. no "2nd complete" or "3rd complete" nonsense. just the one.
I may call them next week, but i know they'll just say "due to application volume, etc."

also, status checkers are garbage.

That's ok, for William and Mary my status checker says "11/4/2009". I pretty much have given up there. Don't be like me, I don't have faith in any of these schools to do anything remotely quickly.

I just called the admissions office. They said they are expecting to send out decisions by late March/early April. What happened to releasing decisions today?!?! IDIOTS.
