Looks like theyre starting to accept more sub 167 candidates. hurrah.

Yes! I was getting impatient. I have a good friend who goes there and I told him to go down to the admissions office and tell them to hurry it up, but I doubt he did. Anyone know if travel stipends just work for admitted students days?

No, I visited on a normal weekday and had my travel expenses reimbursed.

Congrats to everyone who has gotten in lately!

But seriously WUSTL, can we set the admissions files aside for a few minutes and maybe get those SIL awards out? I thought it would be by the middle of the month, but the month is just about over.

Didn't they say they were going to start considering who and how much in the middle of the month? That would mean that they're slow awarding them, but not that they're hopelessly off-schedule.

Very liberal, if your stats are good. What are your stats? (PM me, if you wish)

I'm disappointed with WUSTL's admissions. I applied in October and haven't heard back yet. I've already signed my lease in Bloomington (IU), but I'm holding off on giving IU my commitment until I've heard from WUSTL. Come on, now, my numbers are nearly auto-admit.

b/c your lsat is below their median you shouldn't be surprised.....they're just now starting to admit a sizable portion of reverse splitter applicants. you'll get in soon enough, but +167ers have priority in admissions for wustl.

Same boat here, I applied the first day the app was submittable. Good luck!

I think I forgot to mention - flash drive came yesterday!

Pleased. Not sure what to do with it, as I already have one that's tiny and 4gb. but will inevitably someday find a use. Perhaps as memory for a digital picture frame...

+1 to scholarship info, please.

I'm pretty sure they are write-protected.

That can be undone. Just reformat.

Nice. I thought I tried to reformat to no avail, but perhaps I'll give it another shot.

Just got email. They offered me Scholar in Law Award of 32K a year, guaranteed with no strings attached. Very cool offer.

+1. Kind of surprised because my admit email didn't mention anything about scholarship money and the follow up email didn't include anything about a travel stipend to visit. ...Frankly, I was starting to feel like a second class citizen. Time to give WUSTL another look. :D

EDIT: And I haven't received a flash drive.

Scholarship email just receivedl. SIL is the same as normal scholarships, it seems. Fairly low amount here, but fairly on par with last year, if I recall.
