If you look at LSN from last year's cycle, there was a large number of admits around 01/15/09 and another one around 01/26/09 (with some rejections, too). If they're following last year's trend, there will be tiers (and blood).

Actually, a lot of people who were accepted ED heard back in December. The rest of us are waiting for notice of our deferral to RD and then our RD decision.

Congrats guys! I applied on 10/1 to the PT program, and live just a stone's throw away from GWU. So I hope this isn't bad news for me, because this is the last important school in my cycle (165/3.52). Were any of the admits from this week PT students?

I applied PT RD a couple months ago and have not received a decision yet (numbers are in the low 170s and 3.6X)

Applied RD PT only, complete on 11/30, still havent heard anything. Was kind of freaking out after hearing all these accpetances come out and but it doesnt sound like anyone has heard back about PT yet.

It would be very, very weird if no one got mail from GW today. I mean, it's not like GW conspired with UPS to ensure that every acceptance letter--to urban and rural locations scattered across the United States--would reach everyone's mailbox on Monday, January 11. There have to be at least a few people who will get the mail today (and probably a couple who get the mail tomorrow).

There have to be at least a few people who will get the mail today (and probably a couple who get the mail tomorrow).

And the rest of us poor ED applicants who will get mail sometime in the next week depending on if the Friday deadline means that it is mailed on Friday, or received by Friday. Speaking of which, has anyone gotten a clear answer to that?

They already started. The recent admits are RD.

If you look back a page or two, you'll see that at least a couple November RD applicants (and one early December RD applicant) have been accepted already.
