I'm not a fan of seafood, but Lobster Bisque is my favorite soup. It would definitely be part of my last meal.

Never had it, and I'm allergic to shellfish

Found THAT out the hard way.

I'm getting Indian food for dinner tonight I decided. I found a place that delivers and I'm super excited about it. Lamb Curry is fantastic.

Gah, I've been doing so well not eating out the past two months, but I've really been thinking about lamb curry recently. And someone else in my office was talking about it today. And now this post. Damnit, I'm definitely ordering Indian tonight!

A slaughtered animal, put over fire, with another animal's milk mixed with other stuff as a sauce is all the same....just different combination.

Go outside the box a bit.

There are enough great italian places (including delis and pizza places) in NY to last a lifetime.

Surprisingly, there's a huge Ethiopian population in DC. In all my years in New York, I'd never seen an Ethiopian restaurant but there are a ton in DC. Be warned though, the spongy bread (injera) is made from a grain that doesnt grow in the US, so some people don't digest it well the first time.

in other news, I'm so happy that Kim got her news, but I'm 12/9 too and have nuthin. Should I contact them and ask what's up?

I don't like Ethiopian much. We have at least two ethiopian places here, I've been to two... but I don't like the bread. I like the goo..s, but the bread is too sour for me. I don't think I had any gastrointestinal issues from the grain, though.
