If you look at the LSN data, they seem to be trying to increase their median LSAT.

How does setting a 167 lsat wall raise their median, which is currently at ... 167 (especially since they had the same wall last year)? The one thing they are definitely trying to do is correct that embarrassingly low LSAT 25% (160!).

My guess is that they have a lot of deposits already and are waiting to see how many more show up before admitting anyone else.

If true, this is not good for the WL'ers amongst us...

man that sucks. it's definitely the late application. you easily had the numbers. an early application gets you 18k a year from them (over half tuition).

Ugh. This can't bode well for me. I applied 3/8 and went UR 3/12.

They've obviously already filled up their class and are simply waiting for people to withdraw at this point. Late applicants with normally auto-admit numbers simply have to wait until spots open up.

Even if seats are filled, I still think yhtey should have given us all a decision by now -- a wait list, for instance, would be fair if we're still in the running.
