Not that we know of. It has happened to lots of people (albeit with different dates).
This happened at Duke and I got a decision in the next two days so I thought it may mean something. It probably just means it is going to final review or another reviewer. Anyone accepted have this happen shortly before?
I know it happens and Duke and GULC and indicates an impending acceptance but that does not appear to be the case at UVA. A lot of people have had the date change on their status checker and no one has received a decision soon after that. So, no, again, it does not mean anything we know of.

Yep. Have heard nothing... Maybe they know I root for Virginia Tech and loved being at the UVA game this weekend to watch them get crushed?

+1, very similar dates. Complete on 9/7 and file updated a few weeks ago to 11/6. No word since.

The only rejections that I know of so far have been ED. Not sure on the fee waivers but a UVA fee waiver really has no bearing on your chances.

There is one, but it's Virginia, so occasionally the bars are stormed by torch-wielding mobs.

It's ok, I was exaggerating about the torch-wielding mobs.

Gay scenes around most any large university not founded by Mormons or Jerry Falwell = pretty happenin'.

Just got home and saw an email from Jason at UVA wanting me to give him a call...hotmail is blocked at work. I have GOT to get a blackberry so I can check emails at work!

I REALLY hope this is because I'm accepted instead of W/L...My status did not change to "Congratulations" like those who've been accepted...

Oh god, I must go watch some The Office to get my mind out of this...
