Congratulations to you all. Did any of you apply ED and then get rolled over to Regular cycle? Just curious if anyone who gets rolled over actually gets in...

Congrats to you all. I haven't heard anything yet. Applied ED, Held, wrote LOCI and I'm still waiting. I hope the rejection e-mails don't follow the acceptance phone calls.

FWIW, I was held with a 4.0 from a t-15 private ugrad > 160 LSAT, and I'm a non-urm Texas resident. I don't expect a phone call, but hope for it every day.

How long does it typically get after submitting to get a status checker from them?

Last year my ED application was held, and then I was accepted in early February. There's still hope!!!

Ironically - today I basically decided to stop checking my UT status checker because it seems that the consensus is that it is unreliable.... We'll I've now gotten the call and it still says Complete the same as it always has.

So no it never said "UR" and I wasn't an EA/Held person. Just complete since 12/2

I had been UR since 11/2--I really thought I had no chance after all this time. I'm pretty happy to get this, my favorite cousin lives in Austin and it would be nice to have someone in the area, if I choose to attend.

Now, the OTHER wait begins....financial aid.

my parents are visiting austin right now in their search to find a place to retire. As expected, they absolutely love it. Its a shame that I will not get in (3.6, 163). My mom asked if there is anything she can do to help. I told her to go flash the dean of admissions. Her response was "Why? He will just laugh."
