I misread your post. Sorry. I thought you said that you would send a LOCI when ED holdovers started getting in. Last year I sent a LOCI after I was held, and it worked out for me. However, it seems like they received far more applications this year, so I don't know if they are receptive to further communication.

Does anyone know if Texas does it in "rounds"? (i.e. are all the calls last week and this week part of a big round where they accepted/denied people?)

Also, has anyone that was held over from ED been denied yet? I was held over in November. I have gotten into some other top schools, so I am hoping to hear from Texas soon! (one way or the other)

okay so i know this is SUPER early but i'm just really excited ...

from what i gather they dont offer travel subsidies right? in any case, it would be nice to save some money.

also, for any Houstonians i'll be leaving from Houston that week so maybe we can workout a carpool of sorts? just throwing some ideas out there..
