Decision today (dated 2/4 as well) and I can see the admitted students links and stuff!! I interviewed in late January and had applied EA. I'm pretty excited to get this good news!

Just got the email! Granted, the status checked kind of tipped me off...but it is still wonderful to get the email, it feels legitimate now!

for the people receiving emails, did it take the full 8-12 weeks for a decision after your complete date?

Re: Cornell waiting room
went complete around MLK day, received "decision" about two weeks later. "Decision" was actually request to interview. Went back to complete after interview, admit within 5 days of interview.Rovias wrote:To those of you who got notice this week what was your complete date

Does anyone know what the maximum amount Cornell gives to attend a ASD?

Awards in ammount of $300, $175, and $100 based on travel distance. Not sure how you get the $300, but my theory is it might only be for overseas travel.elmagic wrote:Does anyone know what the maximum amount Cornell gives to attend a ASD?

Re: Cornell waiting room
I asked about the stipend, and it is only given to those who can demonstrate serious financial need, and would be completely unable to attend without a stipend. Just keep that in mind if you are considering asking for one.elmagic wrote:Does anyone know what the maximum amount Cornell gives to attend a ASD?

Re: Cornell waiting room
So did anyone else apply in December and still not go complete yet? I feel as though my "Applied" status is never going to change, it has been a month and a half...curious to see if anyone else is in the same boat.

Lame...but good to know I'm not the only one, thanks! This whole Cornell delay is a frustrating game...
