Annnnd I just saw it so nevermind...

Really it depends only on if I get in ED to GW. If I am deferred to RD, then Cornell will more than likely be where I end up.

Yes, the GW ED thing is a good deal if you've got the numbers. Good luck!

It all depends on the money. Cornell is insanely expensive and I don't think I could justify paying sticker price. But it is still one of my absolute top choices and if they offer me a pretty good scholarship, I'd sign up in a heartbeat.

Where else are you considering? Would you leave the T14 for money?

Well, right now I'm still waiting on most schools. I got into BU and WUSTL, but got rejected from G-Town. BU offered me $75,000 so that would probably remain my number 1 at this point in time (until I hear back from other schools, as well as get any scholarship info Cornell offers).

I got my packet on Saturday, and it didn't mention anything about scholarships. My numbers are kind of borderline though, so that could be why there wasn't any info.

Congrats to you and to everyone else who's gotten in today! :D

Come on, you're in at NYU and UVA and you're worried about Cornell? Give the rest of us a chance too! Quit hogging all the acceptances! :p

Good to know. I was worried I was going to have to be afraid of my inbox AND my status checker. No surprise with your numbers but congrats nonetheless.

Got my acceptance package today! It's very exciting, but there was no invitation to apply for the Dean's Scholarship. When do you generally find out about other merit based (not need based) scholarships?

Call the admissions office and ask them for the financial aid contact. I think typically you wait until you have a few offers from comparable schools, then you can negotiate.
