I'm with you!

We're all with you.

Phew! Thanks guys. I was afraid that I was the only one, and I thought maybe my application was scotch-taped to the admissions department urinal. Wait, I guess the fact that I'm not alone doesn't rule that urinal thing out... hmmm...

If it makes you feel better, I am a splitter, but prediction sites usually give me a decent shot at Cornell (so I wouldn't conclude that our applications are being peed on just yet). That said, I am super-nervous and scared to get overconfident because I love Cornell. I noticed you applied to both Rutgers law schools? Any chance you're in NJ?

Nope, I am not in NJ but I am interested in Rutgers for a variety of reasons. (but my beautiful, wonderful ladyfriend is a jersey girl  )

Also, prediction sites usually give me a pretty decent shot too, but my confidence drains the more I hang out in this thread with all the big gun 170+ people. :)

No naming ideas, but I want in! Power in numbers, they can't reject us all.... right? Right?

I thought it was at 8:00am?

That's when the office opens, but the status checker updates well before that.

I thought I remembered reading a page earlier in the thread in which people were discussing the wait until 8:00am, then at 8:01am I saw posts saying "Anybody get anything?"

Granted, the answer was no, so perhaps that was telling.

I thought the 8:00 was in regards to when the office opens. Status changes (not that I would know personally) happen sometime around midnight EST

According to people whose status checkers have changed the past few days, it seems to change between 12:00 and 12:30 am. Hopefully I'll let you guys know from personal experience tonight... see you in an hour :?

Just went to decision as of 12/11. 167, 3.5x URM. Interested to hear the stats of the other 12/11 decisions.

So is there any way to figure out what my decision is before the office opens and I can call tomorrow morning? Is there some sort of admitted students site or something?

Haha I can't even get on to the Cornell updater... is that because so many people are checking it?

Short of hacking into their computers, I don't think so. Best of luck. Here's to hoping this is an acceptance batch.
