I said it was highly unlikely. Someone else told me that i have no chances. Unless you want to tell others to deal with it. I wouldn't have applied if i didn't think i had a shot.

but yeah, you're right. noone should say it's impossible for someone else to get admitted, but one should be able to say that it's very improbable that a person will be admitted.
