WL and Reserve are different. No interviews for "reserve" only WL or by the school's request.

I'm going to need you to call back and request it being given to me specifically. :D Since you are already attending my dream school, it seems only fair.

No way! She only wants to go to Cornell as a backup to her dream school. I want to go to Cornell b/c it is my dream school. That pulls at least 10 more points :)
Well, ok. Give me background info and name and I will.

I would start the bidding, but that would be wrong....right?

Whatever. Any minute now a large batch of chocolate chip cookies and a basket of kittens will be arriving in the admissions office. Signed "Xoxox, jks289"

Oh noes! I did poke holes in the box. You know what, I am equally comfortable with either message. The first being "Let me in ...please" and the second being "Let me in... or else."

Yes but they requested your interview correct? Or did you ask for it? I think they have offered a few interviews here and there so far.

Sorry. I read that is meaning "don't quote me on this" in the general sense.

If you go back a few pages, they have been sporadically offering interviews throughout the process. There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to who they pick, but so far everyone has gotten in. So requesting interviews still doesn't seem like it would get you anywhere, though being asked is certainly a good sign.

I emailed, but not to inquire. I suppose now I could, since he responded. but fwiw, it wasn't the kind of response that made me feel that they were about to drop everything to go look me up. lol.

unfortunately, not really.

I sent the email to share some updates about my file. I was fairly detailed and made it a point to mention why any of it was relevant.

If anything, I think it's better to touch base with someone than to send anything to the admissions email (Connie), though she is nice. Is she the only one that responds from that address?

I will be asking about the reserve list next week though.

DR. No links. Wonder if there's any chance I'm not Rej/Reserved.

If I sent a LOCI via e-mail do you think it would actually be added to my file? Or kinda read and forgotten by the recipient? I have written one, but don't know if I should take the chance of sending it via snail mail or just send it directly to the dean by e-mail.

I've sent a couple of LOCIs by email attachment. Connie responded both times and said she'd add it to my file. I was sure to include my LSAC account number.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
