Oh god, no way I can sleep now, knowing I can call at 9 AM. Then again, sleeping might make the wait seem a lot quicker. Just to confirm, they are ok with us calling to ask for our decisions?

I got on. And it still says: As of 11/17/2009 your application status is: Applied We have received your application and you are in our system.

Sigh. I wish I had applied EA.

You didn't even apply EA? Do you think they're even going to look at your file in the month of December?

I just feel like they have Yes. No. Maybe. piles and every single time they keep looking at my file and saying "Meh, maybe." I wonder how long this will drag on.

Seems like everyone else who got a decision today has solid numbers either at or above the medians for Cornell. So I'm feeling good about this one. Worst comes to worst, I go down amongst some very strong company. Good luck everyone!

from looking at the numbers of those going to decision it seems like this will be a batch of admitted students

noone should be getting the link, at least not right after a change to decision.

But then again, it may be a mix of different decisions. Ug, just a few hours until we can find out.

I remember reading somewhere that the admissions office opens at 8. Can anyone confirm this?

Thank you. If money weren't a factor, Cornell would be right up there among my top choices. The cost is obviously very prohibitive, but I would be thrilled to get an acceptance and at least have it as an option. And yeah, I'm waiting to hear back from a bunch of T14 schools. Only one I have heard back from so far is G-Town with a ding. So Cornell would be my first break into the T14. Very excited and anxious to hear the decision tomorrow.
