I am listed as complete on my status checker but tried to log in to the admitted students site just to see and it let me in. Does this mean I have been admitted or is it more likely some kind of glitch? Anyone else have this experience?

I kinda want it. On one hand, it gives me new hope. On the other hand, it's one more thing to obsess over, which I really don't need right now.

I'll gladly forgo a status checker for a phone call, but I suspect they're getting to the ED applicants before they bother with the likes of me.

with the exception of some EDs, URMs, and a couple people with incredible softs, Michigan still seems to be sticking to the 170+ crowd. I've got pretty good number and am getting impatient/nervous! I applied pretty early and have had my status checker for quite some time. what gives?

maybe you do have incredible softs. i didn't see you on lsn, so you aren't in my data set

i was complete around october 9th or so. i guess i must wait another week or so for the 2 month mark. although i hope for your sake that you have incredible softs, hopefully your acceptance in the case of you not having incredible softs indicates that michigan is starting to let us non-170s join the party.

As I didn't receive a scholarship with my acceptance, I'm happy that you gave yourself 5% to be wrong. (Since your post would have made me super sad )

I literally called Mich 5 minutes ago about this. Merit based won't be sent out for a month.
