STATUS CHECKER FINALLY thank god.

Now I finally get to obsess over another status checker!

funny story (but not that funny). my status checker hadn't been emailed to me for quite a while so i called mich. talked to the admissions person. she said let me check on your file so I was on hold for a bit. she came back and said congratulations then paused I said something along the lines of, "what no way really" (she continues)...your file is complete. I told her that in her position she can't just throw around the word congratulations. We both laughed. I was pissed for the next few minutes though.

I feel that way whenever I get a fee waiver email. It always says "Congratulations!" and the word "law" is somewhere in the email address. Then I realize its just TTT and delete it.

If you were one of the luck ones who got a status checker today, can you say when you applied/went complete?

In 11/18! Got the packet last night!! Sooo excited!!! I'm RD and wasn't expecting a decision this early!

applied 10/26, app received 11/3, app complete/status checker 11/19

167/3.79 Michigan resident. Wrote a Why Mich essay and visited the week after I sent in my app (don't know if that is relevant at all )

Pretty sure I've been YP'd by Michigan... Submitted second week of October, GPA above a 3.9, LSAT above a 175. Oh well...

Got my status checker today as well after submitting 10/23. I've had access to it for awhile now as I applied last yr and figured it would be the same login info.

Thanks for the info, went back and found my old login and it worked. I now have an extra two weeks of pointless status checking (as its probably gonna sit at incomplete until they go through and put together my file)!

I applied on the same day...where's my status checker Michigan?! Maybe they're like, eh, he's gonna end up rejected anyway. Why bother with the checker?

I applied 11/3, went complete 11/11, and still don't have status checker. I'm ED as well.

I applied around 10/28 (not sure the exact date), and I got the status checker this morning. How long does it usually take to receive a decision?

Anywhere from not a long time to a very long time.

Haha, I would love to tell you to expect to hear back sometime in the next couple weeks, and it might, but it still could be early February before you hear of your decision.
