Argh... I'm so annoyed right now, went under review late November, interview request late Dec, had interview about ten days ago, then went back under review on the 14th, then received this email today...

Sorry about the anti-climatic news....

If I can ask: did your status never go to "decision rendered"?

DR 1/15, mail came and went today with no news....

East coast, 171, 3.74.

ya, never went to decision rendered... just an updated status... went from "Under Review 1/14" to Under Review 1/20"...

DR 1/14... I called, they said the decision has been sent. I don't know what this means and/or why none of us have received ANYTHING. Does anyone know how long it usually takes from D/R ----> WL/Ding email? This is torture!

hmmm... I think that is a good sign. Only admits come in the mail, I believe.

Can you provide stats?

i think this means DR 1/20 even though the things look reversed?

Do we have any record of this? All I have heard of so far is admits by email and WL/Hold/Reject via email... am I wrong about this?

I called and asked about DR 1/14 (I didn't give my name or ask about my specific application). She said to look out for a decision either way--either by email or by snail mail--and that the decisions might not even have been sent out yet. Also said to call back if I hadn't heard anything by next week.

Are they for real? Why would they change the status checker to DR then? It's cruel.

I wonder if they would give the decision over the phone? I didn't bother to ask. I only asked if they had been sent out.

They don't give out decisions over the phone and they definitely don't send out the decisions on the day decision was rendered. My letter was postmarked the day after and I didn't get it until 5 days after my DR date, don't know what's up with the 1/14 batch though.

So it's been confirmed that we DR 1/14-ers didn't get anything via snail-mail today? I'm in Los Angeles and at work, so you guys on the east coast would have a head start on me...
