I was under review 11/18, then again 11/19. From what I've heard in this thread, it means that you went from under review to under final review, and you should get a decision soon.

Not to scare you, but I live in VA about 2 hours from DC and went DR on a Monday, didn't receive the letter until that Friday.

The day after DR. I remember someone else living in DC got theirs on that Thursday... so that would probably be Tuesday for you if the letters are actually postmarked tomorrow.

I just got the "decision rendered" message as well. Applied both PT and FT. Mid-160s and >3.8. Fully expect a rejection.

Complete in early October, under review on 10/9, review date changed to 11/19 yesterday, then "decision rendered" today.
