All of the probabilities went up. Except one. Penn went down.

That said, I don't really understand why they YP when they require at least one extra essay. Surely that scares people who aren't all serious?

I'd be happy to take a few of those pesky YP-inducing LSAT points off your hands

I get in, you get less risk of YP... win-win!

How long did it take you all to go UR after your file went complete? I've been "Complete" for 3 weeks now.

Wondering if I should call them...

Okay good to know. Should be any time now then, hopefully!

I don't think that they'll be doing much with the RDs like us until January, so I wouldn't panic if you're not UR before Christmas.

Complete: 11/17
Under Committee Review: 12/03, 12/10
RD, LSAT > 75%, GPA < 25%

I went complete in October, under review in early Nov., and haven't moved since. RD, above median. I just want it to move. Just once.

At least until that skank at the Christmas party shows up and brushes against your leg.

More sexual innuendo ITT than I would've thought. I support this.

I'm a little surprised, too. I wrote a Why Penn, so if we're assuming this movement is a good thing, maybe that's why...

A leg brush garners more than a move. I generally wear two pairs of pants to the xmas party for this reason.

I wrote a why Penn too. I wonder if there is anything else to be done. I feel like calling them and saying that they are my first choice would make me seem like a stalker.

Complete 10/28, Under CR since 11/2, then it changed to 12/10. My numbers are pretty bad.

Why not find someone who DIDNT write a Why Penn and is also poised to get YP'ed and see what their status is? Not that this is easy, but it might give you a better answer.

Did you do a Why Penn in addition to the supplemental essays or are you referring to the 5 year plan question?

No, the 5-year-plan prompt. I think an additionally why penn would be redundant, but I know other people who just used a generic addendum or DS instead of writing that prompt.

Define "bad" in relation to Penn's numbers. Are you a URM by any chance?

I think ED is probably enough to show your interest.
