Feelings aside, the further we go into December the MORE likely we are to get decisions back, not the less likely.
Deep.
I just try to cut into the pessimism using flawless and complex logical deductions.

Edit: And what I'm trying to say is that we are getting decisions back this week.
hopefully you're right!

Not one post since last night?!

Can somebody please say something? I'm losing my mind.

It's December 7th. Seriously, what are they doing?

My guess is that they're deciding who to admit and who not to admit.

But I hate waiting too.

Yupp. Submitted 10/8, went complete 10/15, UCR since 10/28. What about you?

Looks like Harvard started releasing a while ago, and Columbia today. Get on it Penn.

I hear that Penn YPs quite a bit, so it may take them a little longer. They estimate 12 weeks from date of completion to decision, which is a lengthier period of time than most schools.

File Complete: 11/17/2009
Under Committee Review: 12/03/2009; 12/07/2009

I'm ED and I'd love to get an acceptance call soon.

Just came up recently, but it seems like it's there for everyone, and says 0.00.

Some progress is better than none, I guess.

It means they are looking at your application. So it's certainly an important step.

Is that astonishment at the absurdity of my question or are you wondering the same thing? I'm just wondering if Penn is like Berkeley in that you can get accepted without going to committee review?

hey i think last year some people got in with one UCR and some got in with several date changes. so i'm not sure it means much. i think everyone goes to UCR though. hope that helps.

I'm kind of with you guys, but I have a feeling that when something does happen, the thread will grow about 2-3 pages in a matter of hours, so I'm not too bothered by each additional individual post.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
