been looking at this thread for a while just wanted to add to the lis

got the call today around noon:
IN, ED 3.37/170

That gives me a little bit of hope. Just a teeny tiny bit though because my gpa is still lower than that... Sigh.

thanks for the good words.... good luck to everyone else I am pretty sure they do ED admits for a couple of days, even up to a week for one year.... so it's still early

Status updated to UCR 12/10. Had been UR twice previously, with the second being the first week of November. GL.

does anyone have advice as to how to proceed for people like me who just got "hold for further review"? An additional essay like why penn/5-year plan or does the LOCI even apply here, since there is no official decision made yet?

frix, was that just a heads up telling you they're giving your decision soon, or does tthat mean you get your decision after the 31st?

i think the decision is that they are going to hold it for further review. So, i guess that effectively means that I am 'deferred' to RD. So, from now on, it could take weeks to months before i find out whats gonna happen.
