I got the wait list email as well. Someone said they took 25 off the wait list last cycle?

Yeah I got the waitlist email. I requested they keep me on. I'm willing to ride it out until the end of the month, if by then I've heard nothing, then I am going somewhere else.

Yeah, I'm staying on until mid- to late-July, is my guess.

I guess I'll stay on my waitlists until I sign a lease on an apartment that has a deposit more than I'd be willing to walk away from should I get into a law school that appeals to me more....???

What are the barriers people face when changing their law school later on in the cycle? (like end of July / beginning of August?) The only thing for me is an apartment...if I'm driving cross country and get a call saying I have to go to Virginia or Missouri instead of Wisconsin, I'm cool with that :-D

I'm still on the waitlist but hopeful. Got the email about the overcommitted class and cried.

Nothing useful to contribute here, but just wanted to say I did the same thing. W&M is my grandest hope. In lieu of a miracle, I'm hoping to apply for transfer. Not the best option, I know, but that's the plan...

I withdrew from the wait list today (well yesterday I guess). They told me that funding wasn't likely to be available :( Too bad, I'd really consider W&M over WUSTL with even the slightest bit of money.

We live in interesting times...I'm a Navy Reservist on Active Duty and accepted to William & Mary. As it turns out, my knee is busted, and the Navy may medically retire met for it. The review process for an event like this is 6 - 9 months. So it looks as if I will have to defer my acceptance to William & Mary for 1 year. It looks like someone else is coming off of the waitlist. I'll know more tomorrow, and submit my letter for a request for deferment on Monday. Good Luck to all the Waitlisters out there.

Got off the WL last Friday. I am elated.

I almost signed my lease in Lexington for Washington and Lee but thankfully the news came before.

Anyone need a room mate or have housing/relator recommendations?

Thanks.

Don't know what kind of property you are looking for, But Jim Mellen 757 810 3642 was great to work with when I was looking.
