I'm not sure. I just called admissions and they told me that I was still on the WL. She told me that they did release some people form the list. I guess I made the first cut.

So, I'm also on the waitlist -- the other day, my decision rendered part on my status check page disappeared. All that remains is "Your application was completed on 12/22" or whatever it says. Has anybody had this happen to them? There was just no movement on that page for about six months, and suddenly, decision rendered is just gone.

Have you tried calling them and asking?

Anyone starting BC Law in the fall want to get a tennis match in before school starts? I play a ton, but it would be cool to meet some new law students on the courts.

Ah sounds fantastic but I tore my ACL and meniscus this summer and even with a brace tennis is brutal. The courts on the main campus look really nice so I hope you can get something going!

Yeah, I toured the rec center. It sounds like we are going to be finished just as the New rec center is getting close to opening, but the current one has everything I want - including a diving well and sun patio by the pool. The outdoor courts do look particularly nice.

That's horrible about the ACL and meniscus. I have seen that happen to people.

I play in a few leagues in Boston. The rec center has a list of people looking to play, so I might hit that once the year starts. I think there are also a couple tennis tournaments, and I am looking forward to getting info on IM softball.

Good luck with the injury recovery.

I think we incoming students should move the discussion to the Class of 2013 thread, and leave this for those discussing wait list movement, etc.

I guess I'll be replying to my own post, I called admissions yesterday and I didn't get to speak to anyone that actually knows what is going on with the list. I was told I was still an active candidate, but that the list is rather large. She could not tell me if they were over enrolled, if they had any spots as of this moment, or if they are just waiting for them to open up. Hopefully someone else can call and try to get a little more information - it seems like other schools are still sporadically accepting.
Hope this helps.
