I had a friend that did this and they re-read her application. Just note that your latest LSAT was not taken into consideration and say that you figured your decision would be held until it was released.

Idk if this is kosher or not, but you could always try contacting the admissions office-- write them a very nice letter, explain your higher lsat score, and ask them to reconsider. I'd ask some other people on here before you do it, but I mean, you're out already; how could it hurt?
I actually thought the same thing. My letter went out yesterday. Hopefully they reconsider.

Thanks for the good advice everyone.

Does anybody know when BC starts to review applications put on hold? I'm currently out of the country until the end of the month and was hoping to send my LOCI sometime into early February so I could talk about the work I've been doing abroad. I'm guessing that whenever is okay as long as it's before the middle of the month, but does anybody know for sure?

Wow Veritas. Well, I'm guessing this might be a YP hold. They want to see how interested you are in attending. Well, how interested are you haha?

Did anyone get scholarship offers with their initial acceptance letter from BC? If so, what were your numbers?

Or is it normal to not get scholarship offers at the initial letter?

Didn't see any mention of scholarship offer with the acceptance letter. Heard from someone that they make most scholarship decisions in January.

I am in the process of writing my LOCI to Boston College Law, but I can't seem to find my letter from them. Does anyone know the name of the dean of admissions there???? (I can't find it online)

My apologies if it's been answered before, but my application is "Pending Decision" the very first day it was sent in. Is it normal?

Yes, that means they have yet to reach a Decision on your application. It should change to "Decision Rendered" when they've decided (I think).
