I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm DF 4/27 - 165; 3.3.

hmm yea you're the first one with both numbers below medians... i guess its a rejection batch

you didn't cure cancer or anything by chance? how are your softs?

I'm a non-trad, non-URM. My last 93 hours of undergrad were 4.0, but that hasn't seemed to get me very far with schools ranked as highly as USC. It was one of my "oh, what the hell - nothing to lose" applications.

Yeah I was complete since late Nov. To get rejected now would suck What are your other options?

are you DF as well? and you're an URM right?

i don't really have much options. i only applied to top 40 schools which were all a reach for me. i didn't plan to go to law school unless it was a top40 so yea....

Yes and yes. I am having awful thoughts about taking the LSAT a 3rd time. Ugh....

define non-trad. how long have you been out of undergrad? i'm about to just give up all hope so i won't get disappointed. actually i will probably still be disappointed but at least i will know before my 7th month mark.

Called the admissions office. Looks like they are sending out the decisions via mail, not email. At least thats what the lady told me. She also wouldn't let me know of my decision over the phone.

it wasn't that they were giving out decisions by email. they need to email the username/password i believe for admitted students, and they've been sending those out quicker since its almost the end of the cycle. so some people received those emails before they received the snail mail decision.

i didn't include any URM's on that list. there is a 161/3.1 URM that went DF as well who was waitlisted at cornell.

he started 2 threads about what his chances are. one he stated he was a 178/2.5 and the other URM 164/3.0. The URM part he claimed was his wife. i'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt... but too worried about a major disappointment.

i really think we shouldn't rely on this guy. seemingly since the emails were so far only for the 4/26 crew. and if 4/27 are getting emails we'd be getting them shortly as well....

i have a feeling he was DF 4/26 and not 4/27 if he was indeed accepted.
