I mean, I'm still holding out but looking at the recent decisions on LSN does not have me optimistic.

Don't know how this happened, but i've had 2 decisions made since yesterday, FSU and UMD. No sleep this week!

I was thinking the same thing. I went back and looked at some of these acceptances. Everyone received calls, but not necessarily before their status changed online.

I really REALLY don’t want to jinx anything, but (and no offense to those still UR) the scores of the people that went DLIT yesterday are all in the 160ish/3.4+ish range. Also, this coming from my girlfriend, this might be a “minority” or “tagged” pile. Korean and out of state here, Broncos has the red flags, I saw another one of y’all were URM. Maybe, just maybe, this could be the pile/group of people they were holding out to make decisions on.

I would be shocked if they turned down a group with that high score, and still had people with lower scores UR. Again, no offense to anyone; just looking at the facts and figures.

Knock on wood, pray to God, do anything you can not to jinx this.

I think you're right on the URMs...I have a 154/3.6 and applied in December and I've been on hold since 2/22, then UR 4/23, and DLIT 4/27. Not sure what this could mean for us URMs, but hopefully it's good news!

I applied late 3/1, and my numbers are 158/3.41 Non-URM. I went UR 4/23 and decision to arrive by mail 4/27. I know I am very borderline for FSU, so I expect a waitlist, but hope for an accpetance.

That is the thing, this is either a yes or no. Because that group of people that went Waitlist, had their status checker reflect that (if I am not mistaken.)

The red flag group seems to be holding up a little bit it seem. Another flag that I had was two LSAT scores that had a 10 pt. difference. FSU "considers only the top score," so we'll see how honest they are.

Does anyone know what the timeline is for admitted students receiving formal packages in the mail? I received a phone call on the 13th and was told the package would be sent out right away. I've been eagerly opening my mailbox since then and still nothing. It's been two weeks since the phone call now. Is that normal or should I call the office and ask them about it?

I'm a red flag too, late app, low LSAT score, but interesting softs, and decent GPA, so keeping my fingers crossed. Think the mail will get to NYC today? Wishful thinking!

I am about 5 hours away in Bama, I would think that is at least two days away via snail mail...

Yes you should call, it may have gotten lost in the mail. (Mine came in a couple of business days...and I'm in Arizona)
