I only have 1 year of experience and I was accepted. As long as it was substantive/interesting, I think you'll be fine.

Yuppers, me too; I was previously complete as of 10.26. Maybe we'll get in today?

[quote="parker09"]Hopping on the "held" boat. Knew it was coming thanks to this thread. Ugh...

Me too...does anyone know the difference between Held and Waitlisted, do we get looked at again before they go to the waitlist, or is it essentially the same thing?

Yes, we (held people) get looked at again in April. I don't think they start on the WL people until May.

Thanks! I was going to call but I figured bothering them wouldn't do me any good. Good luck!!!

This is the one thing that makes me glad I was held yesterday. I was all ready to freak out today about being rejected, but now I know I can relax until April.

Sorry, akapur.

After yesterday's [strike]WLs[/strike] holds and today's dings, I'm guessing there will be a round of acceptances tomorrow afternoon.

Yesterday's decisions were holds. Not sure when WLs are.

sorry akapur. :( mind sharing your stats and complete date?

Well, it looks like this batch included some AJDs, too - but, yes, there are far fewer posts here than after the past few releases.

Also, I think that people are usually not in a hurry to share bad news. It makes sense that we'd see a lower response rate for rejections. But, yeah, we definitely saw more TLS posts after the last round of NU dings.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
