only the ajd hold folks at this point. regular jd hold folks have been told that decisions would come in mid to late April.

i know only that in this (--LinkRemoved--) blog post on the admissions Web site about the hold process nu responds to a question in the comments section about when regular hold applicants can expect to hear with:
Hello Bob! Three Year JD Applicants should hear something mid to late April. Later this week will be sending out emails to verify that those who have not returned their forms, do not wish to remain on Hold.

if it's any help I vaguely recall a posting somewhere (possibly here but a few pages back?) that those who got the email to confirm they didn't want to be evaluated on hold were told they were looking at apps again April 15th. Now I suppose the question, is that everyone or just those who didn't promptly turn in the form? your guess is as good as mine...but I won't be shocked if nobody heard a thing till after the 15th....

looks like first wave of hold decisions came on thurs., april 23 and fri., april 24 last year. acceptances on the first day followed by wl and dings.

Complete as of 1/26 and still nothing. I've never even received an email from the school to acknowledge my app, but I activated the status checker. I didn't interview or do the essay so I guess I'm not surprised, but why promise 8 weeks if you can't deliver =P

Looks like a lot of scholarship deadlines occur on the 16th(I just got an email stating this)...more decisions will probably follow that date. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

I was thinking about sending admissions an email letting them know that the school I am planning on attending if I don't get in to Northwestern has a deposit due on April 20 and asking whether or not I can expect to hear back regarding my hold status by then.

Thoughts?
