Haven't been following this thread but I am under review 11/18 and have no received any Faculty Review email. Is that a good or bad thing? What is faculty review?

I think theres only 2 FRs, so the 2nd one looks at all people applied by the deadline.

yes, Nov. 18 and i think there are a few others. some even october UR. Keeping fingers crossed.
