I can't believe the offer to fly out for ASW.

Since submitting my app, though, I moved to SF from the East Coast. I told Dean Tom that a BART ticket would suffice.

I got the call today! I was in a security line at the airport, and I could barely hear Dean Tom. But I could make out the words "congratulations" and "admitted"; that was good enough!

For those curious about stats, I went complete on 11/18 and went under review on 11/20. My numbers are in my profile.

NEVER in my life would I have thought that a school like Berkeley would want me. Getting that call today really validated all of my hard work and dozens of people telling me I would never be able to do it. I called Dean Tom back and he was so nice and told me that he's sorry for not calling me a second time but that he's extremely busy (which is very understandable). To those that have people in their lives that tell them they cant do or accomplish something NEVER believe them. Always keep pushing and always keep your head up because miracles happen and dreams DO come true.

THANK YOU BERKELEY AND CONGRATS TO ALL OF THOSE ACCEPTED!!!

AHHHHHHH just missed a phone call from a 510 number....but they didn't leave a message!! Can somebody who got in pm me the number they got a call from (if they know it), that way I can know whether or not it was a telemarketer????

My Berkeley call was 510.

I think he means after the 510-642/643-0000
