Really Berkeley?! Are you really going to do us like this?! You have accepted a batch of people in late November every year for the past at LEAST three years.

Did you pull a crackberry and tell the salesperson you would kill them if they ever called again?

Was that you crackberry?

I just saw them roll out the huge platform where Dean Tom sits atop a giant thrown with a bank of ringing phones in front of him. Each one he picks up will ring right to an acceptance.

So they should probably start coming in the next few minutes.

OK, I've searched through TLS and found varying answers on this: Does every Berkeley applicant eventually go "under review"? Some seemed to think that getting the "under review" notification means that Dean Tom already did his initial review and didn't admit you, so now you're going on to the committee stage. But this doesn't really make sense to me. Thoughts?

Status checker means nothing. I was already accepted and am still under review on the status checker. Calm down. Until the first wave happens, the status checker is useless.

I just went Under Review today (after submitting about a week back). I guess I can look forward to a month-long wait?

just a reminder everyone...

I, bighead715, have previously predicted that this evening, Dec. 1, there will be movement from Dean Tom...

I stand by that prediction and like I said...Bring it...
