In most cases, an apostrophe is used as a substitute for a syllable by replacing a letter(s) from one of the words.

well, that was not a very accurate post of mine at all.

no worries. I typed in mybama.AU.edu for the longest time and couldn't for the life of me figure out why the link wasn't working.

Just got my ginormous acceptance "envelope" via priority mail, after receiving the phone call on Wednesday of last week. It contained nice handwritten notes, and a huge binder "student guide to alabama law" with apartment info, local tourist info, etc. Very nice.

Just got off the phone with Dean Randall. Very nice guy, and the conversation has me really really considering Alabama. Discussed Alabama's rise in rankings, and the reasons for it, and why he believes it will continue. Sounds like it could go into the top 25 in a few years. Something to consider.

Out of curiousity...when people say "I went complete on xxx" does that mean yall went complete on LSAC's status thing or some school-specific status checker?

I just submitted my first applications over the last two days and am "complete" on LSAC's site but not sure if that's the same thing as everyone refers to here on TLS.

Went complete today. As in MyBama site finally states I am complete. It took ~3 weeks.
