On page 99 of the thread I started back on October 14, 2009, now today in this the year of our Lord, 2010, I get to say I have been accepted to UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law.

I never thought I would get to say that. Amazing.

I'm confusing everyone... must be past my bedtime. I'm saying that your grandmother had ulterior motives to saying you were non-urm. she'd want to protect you from your urminess. because back in the day it would have meant you couldn't use the drinking fountain... not that more schools like you...

well gym congrats. i got dinged from Cal today. it sucked, but i really didnt want to go there so im not too upset. with that said, i think its pretty legit to see someone whose numbers may not be quite up to what we expect getting into one of these great schools. it gives me a little bit of hope that numbers are not everything.

in at chicago-kent ... my boyfriend gets so mad at me for getting stressed over acceptances (he's waiting to hear from med schools and that process SUCKS compared to this), but this is a hard decision and each new acceptance opens a whole new can of worms!

still can't decide if living in NYC is worth the extra 80k compared to my UIUC scholarship. but the thought of 3 years in champaign, close to my extended family, is kind of a scary thought, and I think I'll probably take the extra 80k of debt to avoid that.
