Re: Stanford 2010!!!
As far as an Admitted Students site, non-Stanford UGs or non-Stanford alums will not be able to cheat the system to see if they've been admitted.
However, current and former Stanford UGs will be able to check this way.
Go to http://law.stanford.edu/admit and click LOGIN.
Your username is your full name with a space between first name and last name (example: "john doe").
Your password is your eight-digit SUID # (which is the same one you have/had for UG) with the leading 0 (example: 01234567).
Hope this helps.

Oh crackberry, you just made me more neurotic! Mine won't let me log in... but then again I think so far Faye has only gone through the early apps (so far everyone who got in applied in September, it seems).

How did they know your size?crackberry wrote:Wow already got the SLS admission packet (I do live in SF so it's not THAT surprising I guess). There's a ton of stuff in it, including a tee shirt (they got my size right too) and a big folder with lots of info.
As far as admissions packet prizes, a t-shirt is definitely winning right now in my book. (Well, I don't have tons else to compare it to personally, but it's the best one I've heard about so far.)

They didn't know my size, or at least I never told them. I have no idea how they got it right - seems like blind luck.parker09 wrote:How did they know your size?crackberry wrote:Wow already got the SLS admission packet (I do live in SF so it's not THAT surprising I guess). Faye Deal knows much of crackberry. She knows him in the Biblical sense, actually.

So, when you were having sex with Faye, did you include some "Why Stanford?" language in your dirty talk? I apologize for being so personal, but I really want to get into Stanford and I need every advantage I can get.crackberry wrote:Or that.VoidSix wrote:

Re: Stanford 2010!!!
Yikes. Well I did include a Why Stanford paragraph in my PS if that counts. Told them they were my No. 1, etc.Dignan wrote:So, when you were having sex with Faye, did you include some "Why Stanford?" language in your dirty talk? CONGRATS Crackberry. I know you've wanted that Stanford acceptance since the beginning. Even I was surprised to see that you've found out so early.

Well yes of course, but PK and V6 have been in this with me since the beginning, so I've got to show them both a little extra love.fidesverita wrote:And the rest of us! (hopefully)

Same. I have a 163 first score as well. Glad to see some multiple-LSATers get JR1's and SLS acceptances. Crackberry is the current MVP of my law school e-friends.

Nice. I like it when girls look at me; it doesn't happen too often.Oli wrote:You're awesome crackberry unlike the douche who posted a while back that got accepted ED and didn't want to withdraw his apps...or managamy if hes still hanging on to the full scholarship at ucla yeah I'm lookin at you managamycrackberry wrote:Consider 1, 3 and 4 already done. I may stay in at Harvard (and Yale, if I ever decide to apply, which, admittedly looks unlikely at this point) just to see what happens.hopefulincal wrote:Congrats Crack!! I'm sooo jealous.
Next, a to-do list for you:
1. Withdraw from Berkeley and free up a spot for us
2. Withdraw from Harvard so I have an additional 0.0001% chance of getting a JR1.
3. Withdraw from UCLA and free up da money!
4. Withdraw from USC so others might actually have a shot at the Rothman scholarship
The list goes on, but I guess this would be a good start.

Re: Stanford 2010!!!
Had my phone in my coat pocket, which somehow always drowns out the ringtone and muffles the vibration. I took it out to see a missed call and a voicemail. Excitedly, I listened...
...to my mom, nattering on about her trip to the physical therapist, her discussion with her boyfriend about what christmas presents to get each other, and which parts of her barbri materials she studied today.
Alas.

It's interesting that each school has its unique "perk":
HLS: car sticker
SLS: T-shirt
NYU: purple envelope
Duke: bookmark
GULC: invitation
BU: something cool that I can't remember (heard it on the BU thread)
YLS: ???
Feel free to add to the list.
