Purple envelope today! Never got a complete email, application received email was 11/10. I was not expecting to hear anything before late Dec/early Jan. Did anyone else find that envelope rather freakishly hard to open? I sort of demolished the thing getting it open.

So, it looks like 20-30 people have received acceptances. Those who went complete on 11/17 are pretty well represented. I'm really curious about that ONE applicant who claims to have gone complete 11/25. Why only one so far?? That's my complete date.

In as well! RD, submitted 10/31, complete 11/17. (from West Coast)

Anyone have any luck logging into the "admitted students" portion of the website? It says to use your SSN and birthdate, but it's not working for me. Just wondering if I'm jumping the gun and they haven't put my data in yet :D

I'm also complete 11/25, originally submitted 11/4, received 11/10.

Okay, so there are definitely some 11/25-ers in the mix. When was your envelope postmarked?

in in in in in in in!!!!!

Big purple envelope. I was so excited to open it I ripped the letter a bit. Too excited to care. Or use full sentences.

RD, 165/3.73, URM (AA)

I'm in Seattle, so it took 3 days to get here.

Congrats to everyone else who heard

I submitted in early November - maybe the 6th or 7th?

Havn't heard anyone from Texas claim good news yet, but I am not a good indicator of whether acceptences have reached here yet (169,3.9). I hope for good news tomorrow for both you and me :D
Texas acceptance right here.
Where in Texas....Austin? I guess if nothing is here tomorrow I will give up.

Congrats to you two!

Have any international students received their packet yet?
:( sowwy. where are you getting mail?
Canada! Canada! I'm your neighbor! Lol. 10 minutes from the US border and still international. Usually, I am amused by this. Today, less so.
to be fair though, I just got mine today, and I am at least a half day's drive closer to NYU than the Canadian border, maybe more.

Wouldn't fret over it too much. There's a fair chance they haven't reviewed all of the 11/25 people yet anyhow, especially since they send out completion emails in batches and that's probably a fairly large group.

With only a couple exceptions, it's pretty much only auto-admit RDs and URMs who have reported on LSN so far.

http://nyu.lawschoolnumbers.com/stats

I guess that makes me feel better. It'd be worse if a dozen 172/3.6 ED applicants all over the country had already been accepted.

On LSN, 171 is 6/6 and 172 is 4/5 right now. 173 is 8/8.

I think it's safe to say 172 is, in fact, the loneliest number.

EDIT: That waitlist decision appears to be entered incorrectly. 172 is 4/4.
