170, 3.8x. Complete late September.
Didn't expect to get in. Was even less expecting to find out today, since I live in Colorado (yes, my mail comes this early).
Wahoo for the CCN sweep!

As a fellow Coloradan, I will now stalk my mailbox. Really wasn't expecting it to get to us until at least Wednesday.

I think it could be classified as beige. But with a slight yellow-green tinge. The evelope isn't ugly, its the folder/packet thing that could have used a color change.
i don't know how to classify it, but you would know it when you saw it from pretty far away. maybe that was the intent.
true. But its only recognizable if you know what to look for. when I got it, I didn't know what color it would be and if you just find a plain yellowish beige envelope it could really be from any school. its not like getting a purple envelope and you immediately know its nyu.

Sorry, I think it's already been posted but I can't find it in the thread - does anyone have the link to last year's Columbia waiting room??

WOW!!! Congrats, that is awesome. Although, I just died a little inside as I am in Jersey. Guess I would have found out on Saturday if I was getting a package from Columbia.

In general, I get my mail very quickly (but not THIS quickly). I don't know if it's something about Colorado Springs, or what-have-you, but I've had faster turnarounds for other schools as well. Good luck!!!

I went complete on 01/08 -- should I be spending the rest of the day thinking about my mailbox? I'm not auto-admit bc of my GPA...

If we tell you no, will that actually stop you from thinking about it?

Maybe it's because of the airport. I'm not going to consider myself held until Wednesday / Thursday.

yeah i meant for people who are looking for the people on here waiting for the letter still
edit: that was my attempt at approximating the color from the font color choices we have. it is like that but a little more yellow-green.

If you get held, something's wrong.
But yes, let's blame the airport. I'd trade later mail for not having to live in Colorado Springs

+X, where X equals the number of heavy-duty conservatives and senior citizens in Colorado Springs.
