Well I really meant the wait since I sent in the app. So a matter of a couple of weeks.

Anyone receive an interview request? The only interview some ED candidates, usually splitters or people who have something amiss in their application. I would like to get one as it would mean they are actually considering my ridiculous splitter stats, but I explained my GPA very clearly in an addendum so they really shouldn't have any questions. I guess it's only another 4 weeks until my hold or rejection letter.

Yes that is always there. Nothing to worry about.

How long does it usually take Chicago to send app received/complete/status-checker e-mails? I submitted about 2 weeks ago (RD), and LSAC sent the reports 11/9, and I haven't heard a peep from Chicago yet. I don't want to annoy the admissions office with an e-mail, but it seems like it's taking unusually long. . . Thanks for any input you guys might have!

I got an app received e-mail the day after submission, and app complete about a week and a half later. They may be busier at this point, however. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Yeah, it is. I have a feeling it'd be much easier to wait for decisions if I were over there right now haha

Sent 11/18. Got status checker today, and the status checker said they received my app yesterday.

Have you contacted them? I would say email them at the very least, or give them a call. Bottom line, it can only help--especially if there really is something amiss.
