I wonder what the "the phone lines will be down" message means. I'm still UR 3/4, and I can't figure out what that means, but I think it's probably bad.

Yes, many people have gone UR 3+ times (at least earlier in the cycle).

Thanks! I'm not really sure I ever did.

I received a call from Anne Perry and we talked for a bit. She asked me a few questions about my future plans and hinted that if I could commit to Chicago I would be accepted. So I expressed my sincere interest in attending and she called a few days later (today) and offered me a spot in the incoming class. I assume she did this to make sure she wouldn't waste a spot by accepting me only to have me enroll elsewhere. It's late in the cycle and they're being careful with their golden tickets, I guess.

good luck to those still waiting!

You are a troll. You claim in the URM thread to have been accepted to Yale. What hell is wrong with you?

Claims to get into Yale, then is outed after Twitter confirms no calls went out the day he supposedly got one. Ignore him.

I actually was admitted to Yale, for a little while anyway, but they later rejected me via twitter. It's a rough world. Life isn't as fair as it used to be.

Listen, Sexy, I have as much a (pathetic) life as you do worrying anxiously about whether or not someone else received an acceptance. Are you seriously that insecure? How about you enjoy the weekend and stop worrying about law schools. What will be, will be. I'm sure it'll all work out for you in the end. You've got a bright future ahead, I'm sure.

Good luck with your apps.

My best,
Herb

PS, may I ask which IVY UG?

mind yours.

before you call someone pathetic, try re-reading your pathetic "yale/twitter" poster and I suggest you re- evaluate if law school is for you, because that was just stupid.

ps. I do not anxiously worry about whether or not someone else has received an acceptance. I enjoy my weekend, and my scholarship to a great school that I wanted to go to... just fine!

But thanks for the ridiculous post anyway.. made me and my friend laugh.
even more funny.. the PM you sent me and deleted before I could read it.

smart move.
