Anyone know if your status changes once the Dec LSATs have arrived? My app has not been touched since November and I am hoping I will at least get an acknowledgment they've received more info. :x

About an hour ago, I was busy replacing the windshield wipers on my car when my phone rang. I saw (617) as the area code and started trembling a little, thinking about what I was going to say. I answered and it was the Democratic National Committee (DNC) asking me for some $$$.

It was awful.
ouch
The Republican National Committee rang several times from a 202 area code after my Georgetown status checker changed to Decision Rendered late in October. I'm voting blue in the next election.

So HLS has issued some dings according to HLS. I was complete in October and still havent sniffed JR1 (Hell, I odnt even know what JR1 is, so I may have gotten it). Should I be worried? Harvard is a ridiculous reach for me but we can all dream cant we?

JR1 = the phone interview. Not to be unkind, but Harvard prefers numbers to softs, so I wouldn't hope too hard.

Bumpin my own response here... Is the Status Check good for anything? Does it change when they get new stuff from you, or put you on hold?

I was in the first group held back on Wednesday, and the Status Check has not changed. My UR date switched to the date I got my hold email, but that's the only difference.

The fact that I didn't get rejected in the first round of rejections = more win than I expected

Have past JR1 emails been sent sequentially throughout the day, or together in one big "batch" ? i.e, do I need to sit here refreshing my email until 5:00 or not?

Just read the post from mayurins that was posted a few minutes before yours. You may step away from the ledge.

I'm in the same batch as you talib. But I don't think the answer is the one you want to hear.

In the past, they've been sent out in one batch. So far, it looks like Harvard has not sent out more than one JR1 batch in a single day.

Yes, but eng went UR earlier this week. tali might be alright given his/her very recent UR date, but I've been UR since 12/22. I don't think this bodes well.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
