My status checker STILL doesn't have a mailing date. Decision date 2/7, today's date 2/18. WTF? :x

that's sounds more promising...hopefully it means an accept because the 2/10 was rejection pile 2/11 from the one account on here was an acceptance.

GOOD LUCK.

....and?

I'm assuming you're not exclaiming about your rejection, so what was your "decision letter" date?

And congrats. I think.

Yeah sorry not to clarify. I was accepted, but I don't have the letter in front of me to look up the date.
Also, what's the deal with scholarships? Need to send in this additional form or something to be considered? I would strongly consider Uwashington with some scholarship money, and I have some sizable scholarships to brag to them about from better schools if need be.

cqphan89 wrote:I've been looking at LSN and I was so sad to find my decision date was 2/4 and mail out date was 2/12... I don't think it looks good.

But so far from what I can see on this thread.

2/9 and before-in
2/10-out
2/11-in

so I'm assuming
2/12-out
2/13-in

Good luck to people with odd number mail out dates because so far, you look like you're in good shape.

Even kids, like myself, cross your fingers maybe we might get lucky. I'm in southern California so I expect to receive the letter sometime today or tomorrow at the lastest, it shouldn't take that long. It only takes 3 days from soCal to west Texas so I asume 6 days should be plenty of time for Washington.
I don't know...based off of LSN, it looks like after 2/10 it's a craps shoot. On LSN there are about 18 people with 2/10 decision dates and they were all rejections. However, after that, it looks like it's a mixed bag. Most of them are rejections, but there are still a number of acceptances in there. It looks like UW may have sent letters to all the people they definitely wanted to offer admission to before 2/10. On 2/10 a whole bunch of rejection letters went out. It looks like this other batch of letters after the 2/10s may have been put in the hold pile after the first review and now they are doing a last look.

I'm still hoping and praying that my 2/13 decision letter turns into something to smile about! Here's to wishful thinking!

You should have received an additional scholarship application with your letter of acceptance. You need to fill out some basic biographical info and then submit a short written statement.

Is 2/12 the day that the letter was sent? I'm asking because mine was sent on 2/12 and I'm crossing my fingers.
