Nope. 164, 3.1 One of my numbers is above the median. Still, UF cannot afford to be that picky.

Under review: 1/26

Any idea as to when I can expect to hear back? Or why I went under review right away? Is that typical? I hope it's a good sign!

They process the apps quickly, within a few business days you move through complete, under review then place you in "Reviewed by commitee, decision pending".

Then you wait for an undetermined amount of time. We are all in the same boat.

I went "under review on 1/13 and then "decision letter in transit" on 1/22. Nothing has come yet though . I also never went complete, "documents missing" straight to "under review."

Hmm, I applied to UF for undergrad but I checked "no" to having ever applied to UF. I assumed it meant to the law school seeing as that question was on all of the apps I filled out. Doubt it matters though.

oh damn.. they didn't specify on there whether they were referring to UF in general or UF Law. I think I'll call and find out...

Where on the app is that question? I'm reviewing mine, but can't find it. Maybe just drawing a blank..

Just called.. the woman said they were referring to UF undergrad.

If you mark that you're a non-FL resident, do you still get one?

No, they email you about a week or so after you've submitted your app asking for additional info. I assume they only request that from those who marked that they are FL residents.

Just checked and status changed to in transit on the 26

Snail mail finally came today, in at Florida!

Got the letter yesterday, in at UF, but no mention of scholarship possibilities. Does anyone know when they award them or is it already too late?

You know, I am thinking that they totally hate me, I have been "under review" since 12/18

They don't hate, but they are obviously only marginally impressed with us (Under review since 11/30), if they hated us, we would be rejected already. Waiting sucks, but it is part of the stupid game. Good luck!

My scholarship letter came in a separate and equally plain white envelope. Don't know how long after because it went to my mom's house. But I believe it was within a week or two.

Congrats for sure.

I have not sent my check in yet but am under review by committee and I think was marked all docs received/complete late last week. I also applied on the 16th of January, but was still given priority track. I'm getting the check and form out today or tomorrow for sure, but will I be hearing news soon? And why complete when they don't have my $$ yet?

My scholarship award came today. $30,000 over 3 years, contingent on a 3.2 GPA. I am in-state, so this is a big deal for me.

Does anyone have information about scholarship notification? Got an acceptance today with no reference...

Congrats. For me, the scholarship letter came less than two weeks after the acceptance. (The latter was sent to my permanent address, the former to my current one.)
