I really hope this is the case. The other possibility is the result of the large increase in admissions- waitlist for high-LSAT splitters because of the large number of applicants above both medians.
I fear this because I got waitlisted at UGA with my 165, as did others with LSATs as high as 167. Someone posted in the UGA topic that admissions told them they received 2,000 more applications than they received in '09. This would be an 83% increase in applications... seems unfathomable, but it very well could be the case... and if it is true, it is likely that other schools are experiencing a tremendous spike in 2010 applications as well.

I hope my 162/3.62 is enough to sneak in. If not this Gator will have to venture to Seminole territory.
Same... Ive spent the last several weeks trying to get myself excited about FSU law.
I'm glad I was accepted to FSU so quickly. There may be some benefit to being in the center of state government. Having said that, I would like to have the option of UF and FSU.

Unless they're really trying to reach for 162 median, I don't know how I should feel about the piece of mail that's on it's way.
Almost exactly my numbers when I applied. I can totally see UF becoming splitter-friendly with FSU nipping at their heels in the rankings. Part of FSU's rise has been their splitter-friendliness lately. Florida may have decided it's the last time FSU gets to pick off all the splitters and raise their medians while they sit back and sink in the ratings.

Status checker showed a decision was made on 3/10, got my acceptance pack om 3/12. For what it's worth...I was below their median LSAT, but way above their median GPA. Good luck everyone waiting.

How do you know that your letter is going out tomorrow? I would think this score is a possible WL but who knows. Good luck!

I am continually encouraged by your reasoning!

It says 3/17, which I thought was weird. I don't think I can deal with another WL. haha

Are you suggesting that DLIT 3/16 = Acceptance and DLIT 3/17 = Waitlist/Rejection?

DLIT 3/17
161/3.5
I'm afraid it's a waitlist, honestly. However, it seems that some of those who went DLIT 3/16 probably will be admitted. I'm guessing most are waitlists though.
Hopefully I am wrong.

That is a possibility... during the final week of large DLIT batches in 2009, DLIT 3/18 = Acceptance and DLIT 3/20 = Waitlist/rejection

I see no rhyme or reason to the selection process at this point. I doubt 3/16 = in and 3/17=wl. I would assume it's all a mixed bag. We will know soon enough. Good luck to all.

I think it is too early to call this. We still have Thursday and Friday for WL's

I agree. Not ready to call it, but I'll take any inkling that helps me get through today.

So much movement! I hope this isn't UF's version of UGA's mass hold-->WL from last week.

DLIT today as well.
I went complete in Nov with a 159/3.9
I've been under review forever.
Then I emailed them letting them know about my Feb. LSAT score of 164.
They returned the email acknowledging the update the next day.
2 days later I am DLIT with what I hope they saw as a 164/3.9...

There has to be acceptances in this batch ( 3/16) so it is all acceptances or a mixed bag of WL and acceptances

Are there any accepted people that successfully paid their seat deposit online?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
