Mine too. And I've been out of town the past few days, so congrats to you Ecu, I knew it was only a matter of time. And congrats to Jazzy, even if you're not going to take it, it's still pretty sweet to say you got the TS1.Ecureuil wrote:180Splitter wrote:

At this point it is unclear to me if that would be welcome or not, ha. Closure is good sometimes. Did they send out mass rejections last year in July?

I can no longer access the status check, although I am still, as far as I know, ostensibly wait-listed. It's the first time I've checked in months, though, so I don't know when this change occurred.

Try again ..I can still access mine..I am sure it's a computer glitch of some sort.Hitachi wrote:I can no longer access the status check, although I am still, as far as I know, ostensibly wait-listed. It's the first time I've checked in months, though, so I don't know when this change occurred.

Hey all!
Does anyone have any idea why Harvard has not (according to LSN, that is) rejected anyone off the waitlist yet? It seems odd given that, if past years (and LSN accuracy) are any indicator, there should be a slew of them by now but there are still none.
What gives?

Re: Harvard Waitlist Statistics
Maybe they just really have no idea whether they'll need anyone and if so how many? That last wave of regular admits before the WL went out seemed to indicate to me that their regular numbers trends may not be holding true this year.

Re: Harvard Waitlist Statistics
Dinged a few minutes ago!
Formerlurker:
"The Admissions Committee has determined that it will not be possible to offer you admission to Harvard Law School. We greatly appreciate that you kept your application available for possible consideration. If you perform at a high level at another law school in your first year and continue to be interested in Harvard Law School, we welcome your application for a transfer. Transfer application forms will be available in mid-April 2009.
Thank you for your patience and for your interest in Harvard Law School."
Sincerely,
Toby W. Stock
Assistant Dean for Admissions
It seems like they wanted to go gentle on me..."We don't really like you, we just hate you less" ugh..
Or is this the standard waitlist reject language?

Man, I hope they didn't take my question as a cue to start the rejection waves.

Re: Harvard Waitlist Statistics
I'll be moving in roughly a week, so I'll probably have to withdraw shortly. If I wasn't moving with my fiance, I'd probably hold out until the bitter end.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
