Oooh ----- you got $$$ at Fordham with a 166?!! Do you mind if I ask, do you have strong soft factors? I am really hoping for merit aid from them, and am wondering what my chance sare. I am out of school for 5 years, worked in public interest for 3 and worked abroad for 2.

That GPA makes you golden for Boalt, and your LSAT is within their 25/75 range. I'm surprised you haven't heard from them already.

Very similar numbers here (166/4.09)
The notable acceptances: Boalt, UCLA, Texas
WL: Northwestern
Still waiting on: Pretty much everyone (UVA, Duke, Harvard, Michigan, Wash U?, Vanderbilt?)

Re: 3.94 GPA, 166 LSAT
Good question, I kind of regret it now. I wish I had at least applied to Cornell for sure. I guess when I was applying I was thinking about how my boyfriend and I have done the long distance thing for all of undergrad and he is going to New York City so I wanted to be within three hours. I wish I had just spent the money and applied to more target schools just to keep my options open.RATRATRAT wrote:

166, 4.0
Gtown - flat-out reject
Michigan - WL
NU - WL
UVA - ???
Texas - In
BU - In
Tulane - In (full ride)
I'm considering reapplying next year after retaking the LSAT. I'm almost positive I could get a higher score, and a decent increase could net me some good money at top schools.

Fordham - 5k/y
BC - nothin (thinking about sending email)

165 3.92
accepted - bc, bu, fordham, vanderbilt, william & mary, washington & lee
WL - berkeley, columbia, upenn, uva, georgetown, ucla
no word - NYU, USC
took it twice.. so frustrating!!! I think NYU and USC don't quite know what to do with us reverse splitters .. pretty sure my NYU rejection is coming in the mail any minute now, though.

Thanks. I think I have some unique WE but average softs otherwise. I think going to Mich undergrad was a pretty big boost to me getting in there.r6_philly wrote:Great job! Wow, 1 point and you got a T10? Are they really that numbers based? Do you have great WE/softs?D-hops wrote:167 3.92
