Re: Boston College c/o 2021 Applicants (2017 - 2018)
hello!
Congratulations to mmart207 on the acceptance and on hearing back so quickly!!
Was wondering how the process has gone for other fast track applicants?
I applied mid-January with a 166 Sept and a 162 Dec score and a GPA of 3.44 from college two years ago. I know I'm on the cusp but worried that applying mid-Jan rather than earlier as well as my lower Dec LSAT score has probably hurt my chances even more and BC is my top choice. Wish I could have re-done the whole application process and wrote a Why BC law but it didn't even occur to me!
I was put under review on Feb 3rd and guaranteed a response within 10 business days, so it's only day 4 so I'm probably worrying about nothing but just thought I'd ask.
Thank you!

In today after going under review around 1/20. Very excited, as BC is one of my top choices. The email said scholarship info comes out starting in mid February, and the scholarships are "final and non-negotiable." Any use in emailing them ahead of that time and expressing more sincere interest? Could that have any impact on the scholarship offer?

Has anyone heard back about scholarships yet? BC is my top choice but the money I've gotten from other schools make them more appealing... would love to get something from BC

On the waitlist at BC (my top choice) but I've heard that scholarships are released as waves every Tuesday for the next few weeks.

I'm a late applicant. I applied with the February LSAT. Let's hope this goes well. Anybody know about average response time?

Not sure if I'm the best to offer insight but I got a waitlist response within 10 days of applying back in January. LSAT:155 GPA:3.84 Softs: MPA, 7 years work experience, three of which at U.S. Attorney's Office working on public corruption case that made the news in Boston.

Should I be worried that I still haven’t heard any scholly news? Accepted relatively early but starting to worry that they want me paying sticker

If there are any Admitted BC applicants who are 100% sure that they are not attending, please withdraw so that BC will have more of a reason to begin looking at the waitlist at a sooner time than the middle of April.
