Just sent in my app, slightly below their 25th but thankfully above the 75th! I met with and emailed two amazing people from BC who pretty much sold me on the school so I'm hoping they send some serious money to meeeeee!

Complete - Nov 20
UR - Dec 22
I just found that my UR email and Complete email came in at the same time of the day. Interesting
If all emails from BC get sent out at the same time each day, I guess I'm not hearing anything today.

I'm looking to visit the law school but can't make it to one of the scheduled tours. If I take a self-guided tour of the campus, will the admissions office still know that I visited? Is there a place I can "sign in?"

I applied 11/29, application was complete 11/30 but still not under review...I see someone people applied later than me and were reviewed already, is this normal?
My GPA is 3.8 and LSAT 164

So I'm having a hard time figuring out whether BC gives anyone aid. I'd love to go if the money was right, and I am 75th < LSAT&GPA but... I haven't seen too many success stories. Any insight?

Darnit. Wish I'd seen this before I submitted. YP YP YP. Should have written a Y BC....ATXStudent wrote:I was waitlisted as well, with both LSAT and GPA way above the 75th. I'm assuming its YP.

Has anyone entered the Agora Portal? I could not login the portal, and the BC students services told me it was too early for the system to recognize newly admitted students. But I'm still concerned because for other schools the portal seems to be accessible right away...

if BC told you it was too early, why are you concerned?YIWEI1 wrote:Has anyone entered the Agora Portal? They don't give out info until February from what I've heard. I imagine they'll start giving out aid once they see how their WL is (who looks likely to attend if given acceptance) since they're being very YP trigger-happy so far.Oneanddone? wrote:So I'm having a hard time figuring out whether BC gives anyone aid. Yea, it seems that they're being pretty surgical with their YP usage. I see a lot of reverse splitters being accepted, which leads me (as a splitter above their 75th who was WLd) to believe that their at first focused on getting people with higher GPAs they know will be more likely to attend (since they have a lower LSAT which will likely make them less competitive to similarly ranked schools. I bet (hope) around March they'll start pulling people with higher LSATs who've written convincing LOCIs off the WL.Oneanddone? wrote:Darnit. Wish I'd seen this before I submitted. YP YP YP. I just thought it weird that they send you an email with portal information and instructions, but you're unable to use them right now...But I sure am overconcernedkippercd wrote:if BC told you it was too early, why are you concerned?YIWEI1 wrote:Has anyone entered the Agora Portal?
