Does anyone else clutch their phones religiously in the evenings, hopefully (and perhaps futilely/naively) waiting for that magical call from 203?

They made more calls today and they are doing more tomorrow according to Twitter. I'll be praying hard and sending positive vibes for all of the hopefuls (myself included). Good luck everyone. Yale truly is where all dreams come true.

Does anyone know how many calls they make once the tweet goes out? How late do they go?

Does anyone know what it means if they still have not made a decision about you by now...?

Re: Yale c/o 2021 Applicants Thread (2017-2018)
If you look at the 2016-2017 applicant (i.e., the class of 2020) dates on lawschoolnumbers.com, it looks like the overwhelming majority of those still pending a decision at this point will be offered waitlist positions. There will be probably some onesie-twosie admits, but for the most part, because the last big ding cycle was on 14APR2018, most of the decisions left will likely be waitlists.
To qualify what I am saying for those over-analyzers out there, lawschoolnumbers.com—whose data I used for my prediction—does not have every data point of every applicant; so, there is a chance that another admit cycle could still happen, but I don't believe that it is very likely. According to their data, the last waitlist cycle for the class of 2020 was on Thursday, 20APR2017. So, in theory, if Yale Law School aims for the same time table every year, then we are looking at today, 19APR2018 as the final day of waitlist notifications. However, if you look at top-law-schools.com's thread from the class of 2020 applicants, waitlist notifications came out as late as Monday, 24APR2017. So, again, if Yale Law School is shooting for the same time table, then you are looking at next week (i.e., the week of 23APR2018) to be the final notification for waitlist additions.
But, you never know until you know, you know? Let's stay tuned!
