Well, Penn is a dope school.. I've always wanted to go to Paddy's Pub for a bar review to hang with the gang and play flipadelphia. Thanks.

My status checker just changed dates, too! To UR2 I think. Does this mean I have no chance of hearing any decision today?

Not likely, I think the shortest UR2 wait was 2 days back in December, first January wave was just Dec UR2s, crossing my fingers this one is early-Jan UR2sStardefender1 wrote:My status checker just changed dates, too! To UR2 I think. Does this mean I have no chance of hearing any decision today?

There seem to be a lot of Dec UR2s still waiting, many with above median stat so I wonder if they'll be included or if they've already been passed by.

Re: Penn Law c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)
I had pretty good stats (above median LSAT and GPA) when I went UCR2, but it was before December scores came out. I'm thoroughly expecting to have to wait for a UCR3 or something first noting that they've seen it. I will still anxiously wait out the day with the rest of you though :p

Yeah and I've been UCR2 since 11/30 with radio silence...any idea on when they'll start the waitlist/ding process this year?EnglishApplicant2017 wrote:There seem to be a lot of Dec UR2s still waiting, many with above median stat so I wonder if they'll be included or if they've already been passed by.

Last year they started on 1/12 so it's possible that this wave or the next will signify the beginning of WL/Dingspancakes4ever wrote:Yeah and I've been UCR2 since 11/30 with radio silence...any idea on when they'll start the waitlist/ding process this year?EnglishApplicant2017 wrote:There seem to be a lot of Dec UR2s still waiting, many with above median stat so I wonder if they'll be included or if they've already been passed by.

Does the status checker change from "received and processing" to "complete" or are those the same thing for Penn?

What are the chances that those of us that went UR2 on 1/10 will hear back today?

Re: Penn Law c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)
Just went back through the thread, only about 50% of reported UR2 dates in NOV/DEC reported an acceptance, so there might still be hopepancakes4ever wrote:Thanks - just trying to mentally prepare...every time I get a new email, I have a mini heart attackTLS wrote:Last year they started on 1/12 so it's possible that this wave or the next will signify the beginning of WL/Dingspancakes4ever wrote:Yeah and I've been UCR2 since 11/30 with radio silence...any idea on when they'll start the waitlist/ding process this year?EnglishApplicant2017 wrote:There seem to be a lot of Dec UR2s still waiting, many with above median stat so I wonder if they'll be included or if they've already been passed by.
