mine just did this change too. interviewed a week ago. did you get a call or email after this?blargal wrote:My date changed again for the 2nd time after the interview. It went from:
"we received your interview" and "Your application is ready for review" 11/30

Standard "thank you for applying to Cornell" and "Your application is ready for review" 12/1
to
Same messages but today's date (12/4). Anyone have any insight on this? I'd really appreciate it!

+1! So excited! From what I have read on this thread, the questions are tricky and broader than just law--anyone who has completed an interview care to chime in?emx0824 wrote:Interview requested! Complete and under review since 10/31. Any insights?
Edit: Under review since 10/25, status checker changed to interview requested on 12/5 but no email yet.

Also interview requested! Under review since 10/25 as well, so I guess they just got to our submission week. +1 to someone chiming in with general details (I understand that we're not supposed to share actual questions)ghostlyyy wrote:+1! Is there any record of how many people who interview get dinged/waitlisted? Just wondering how much leeway there is to mess up my interview. As a borderline candidate who's also socially awkward, I hope this interview isn't a make or break.

Seems like it took 3-4 weeks for many people from when they completed their interview to when they got accepted. I wouldn't worry yet, they are moving pretty slow!Jack_Kelly wrote:Still at "we have received your interview" a week later, RIP I guess.

on reserve, above both medians, and have been outperforming my numbers so far otherwise so i know there isn’t any major flaw in my app. safe to say it’s because i really truly bombed the interview. don’t be like me guys!!!

How long did it take you guys to get the interview request? I’ve been ready for review for a little over a month and starting to think I’m definitely getting dinged.

Re: Cornell Applicants Class of 2021 (2017-2018)
Making an account to see if anyone might have insight as to why I got put on reserve, especially bc they moved my app along so quickly.
LSAT: 171
GPA: 3.7
Submitted: 11/6
Ready for review: 11/8
Interview request: 11/14
On reserve: 12/5
My softs are decent, I went to an Ivy, I wrote a tailored DS (no separate Why Cornell though), and my interview went ok. Really disappointed bc Cornell was my top choice, I thought I had a good chance, and now I'm worried about my other apps.
